Typical B&B hotel, for the price we paid it did the job of a place too sleep more than well. We arrived late and only spent one night there so hard to develop a lot judgement. Clean and nothing to complain about. Location is pretty close to the historic center, all the touristic stuff is accessible on foot, yet pretty practical for driving-in. There is a municipal parking right next to the hotel, it's not free of charge during daytime but it's free of charge during the night. For an overnight parking we paid something like 2€.

Brilliant hotel, or arrival and check in was quick and smooth, the rooms are almost completely soundproof, the hotel was full and we didn’t hear another person until we went down to breakfast. The beds are comfy, with twin option for beds which suited us, the rooms have everything you need, it didn’t feel budget at all, everything was new and clean. The man on reception was friendly and helpful, the breakfast varied and delicious, the best hotel breakfast we have had in France! There was scrambled egg and bacon, baguette and brown seeded bread, cakes, patisseries, good quality juice, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal tea, lovely yogurts, cheese, cereal, milk, jams etc. all buffet style. The breakfast hostesses were constantly replenishing and clearing tables, very efficient and customer orientated. We checked in at 7pm and we’re told how to get into central Troyes, a5 minute walk, had delicious meal at a pizzeria, will definitely stay again as perfect half way stop between London and Alps.

I travel to Troyes almost every week for work and stay one night. This hotel stood out as an exceptional value for money, not only for being clean, well-priced, and conveniently located but also because of its excellent service. The lady at the reception is always so welcoming and nice, and since then, every week I am staying at the same hotel :)

The room was spacious comparing the similar type of hotels. This is the game changer. The important ting to know is that there is plenty of parking spaces around - the municipality parking jaunt across the street and in the same street as the hotel as well. So, do not worry if you travel by car.

Very friendly, clean, comfortable bed. Great location. Very quiet. The price is reasonable. Very good overall.

Parking was unlike previous visits . Public car parking because the private carpark at the rear was inoperable. Perhaps it could be repaired soon so will be back to normal- A great facility even with a very small charge perhaps after the repairs. Location great, walking distance to a place to eat. Room a bit noisy due to heat one had to keep the window open on the Roadside.

Spacious room for the money we paid. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Car park was closed for works but there were numerous spaces available in the public car park on the road in front of the hotel with CCTV so we felt our car was secure with all our baggage (we were on a stopover on way to the Alps). Parking was free overnight. Perfect no frills stopover hotel.

Comfortable room, nice big TV, very good lighting. Nice white clean sheets and comforters. Friendly staff. Very near city center with nice shops and restaurants.

Location was a a short walk to the historic centre, staff were friendly and helpful. It was a budget hotel, but its quite acceptable for an overnight stay en route. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection of food items on offer.
